They overcame the odds, they sacrificed, they helped others, they sought freedom and defended their rights, they created economies, businesses, and governments.
They shaped Utah.
Now Open at Trolley Square on the second floor.
They Shaped Utah is a collection of profiles of Utahns who impacted the state—and even the nation or world. A color photographic illustration, enhanced by graphic designers and artificial intelligence, brings people from the past to life. A short biography hits a few of the interesting highlights of the honorees’ lives. Also included are QR codes that can be scanned for more information about each honoree.
The initial group of “Shapers” opened on December 10, 2021 with 60 honorees. Those honored will be changed on a periodic basis. Trolley Square would like your input on who you would like to see honored in our next group of They Shaped Utah. Please email TheyShapedUtah@TrolleySquare.com or drop off a suggestion at the Trolley Square office on the second floor.
