Cake Class & Wine Night February 12th Swirly Heart

February 12th- Swirly Heart Cake! This Valentine’s Day centered class is a 3 layered cake with a pink and white frosting and a piped heart made of various sized swirls. You will be stacking and filling your own cake, applying a crumb coat and a final layer of buttercream, utilizing the offset spatula to achieve even distribution. We will then outline the shape of a heart and use a piping bag attached with a piping tip to achieve the romantic and fun swirly heart within your outline. Food is included with your registration.
